I’ve got good performance except for some second long hang ups here and there. I don’t think I had that in the beta… Could be the servers or because I was recording with shadowplay or because I’ve got too much stuff open in the background. So, probably not the game’s fault, after all.
They really should have included the level after where the beta ended in the beta. The walk up to The Farm. That would have sold me even more on the game. The music and scenery there are just beautiful.
I got through the third level OK but man, nothing gets my dander up like a game kicking you out because of server issues. Hitman did that, too, but let you keep going offline.
I might try this out when I get home. Is there a most fun class or does it even matter? I looked some basics up and saw that hunters could dodge but there’s a cool down so meh.
I keep having weird network issues. I’m playing coop with my brother and occasionally I’ll end up in an empty room where he can see enemies and I can’t.
Bungie’s error codes are frustratingly vague. It’s a “network” issue. I’d like some details so I can try to fix it or the admission that it’s server hinkiness.
warlock is best class forever. but if you’re not going to type sentences like that i really don’t think there’s a best/most fun class, they all have cool things going on. and if you move even a step past super casual play you’re going to be trying more than one class out anyway
I started as a Warlock, but I have gravitated more towards Titan later on, just because I like the barrier and being able to take hits without needing to heel as much (though warlock has amazing healing, so that makes up for it). Hunter is fun if you are going to solo a lot.
The Nightstalker class gets a nice radar that lets you find stuff easily, plus can turn invisible for getting out of trouble, and the super has been toned down from D1 for that class, but still is pretty great for taking out groups of enemies.
You probably could, yeah, but i find I just get so many chests and such wandering around as a hunter that I don’t get when I am every other class due to that sweet nightstalker radar.
But man, fuck canon, because nobody should be for that NM bullshit.

are the regions completely segregated or is that just for matchmaking? not getting anyone else on the clan roster
oh another tip, when you finish the campaign don’t get your clan engrams off Hawthorne straight away, maybe even leave it until the day before reset, so they’ll be higher level
