Pit of Heresy rules! None of the puzzles were about matching symbols despite involving symbols. Took us about 90 minutes blind.

momentum control is disgusting. if you take jade rabbit, it’s a one-tap headshot at basically any range, and with flawless execution (middle tree hunter) you get invisibility and truesight, which makes chaining kills pathetically easy
i got a seventh column grinding out randy’s tonight, which is one of the rarest medals in the game lol
also i did the new dungeon and got xenophage. productive destiny 2 day
I did the haunted technoforest a couple times and kept falling off the platforms in the dark, nice
Forsaken went on sale too so well done Bunghole after over 100 hours you finally got me to spend some money on your product

Firey thing (Lord of Wolves) and icey thing (Coldheart) just fell into my inventory within like 20 minutes of eachother, are these any good
Lord of Wolves has spent some time as the de facto best gun in the game, in any category.
Don’t know if that’s still the case but it did happen
The changes to Lord of Wolves make the alt fire mode (Release the Wolves) have reduced range and chew more ammo because it was a menace in Crucible all summer. It’s still a lot of fun.
Coldheart is from vanilla and it was good for boss damage back then but now it’s a poor choice for damage. Vanilla had a “double primary” weapon system where anything that uses green or purple ammo now used purple ammo.

Do you have a graphics card? It won’t run well on integrated graphics but it’ll run fine on 2GB dedicated graphics.
I have a 1060, so I don’t think that’s the problem

That’s wild, it ran at 60 FPS on a Pentium part in 2017.
I just remembered D2 doesn’t run on CPUs without SSE3 - that’s the culprit.
Any AMD or Intel part since 2011 should run it, I think. Keep an eye on Microcenter fire sales.
Problem is basically my whole system is so outdated that to upgrade anything, I have to upgrade everything. Theoretically I could put a better processor in, but the best CPU my motherboard can handle would be a Phenom II, but they’re old enough that the price is actually going UP, and it would cost just barely less than it would to buy a brand new 2nd-gen Ryzen. So I’d have to upgrade my motherboard too, but then it wouldn’t support my ancient 600mhz RAM, so etc. etc.
