Is it actually not possible to infuse blue gear? I swear I did it at some point but now it’s purples and golds only?
I don’t know if it was ever a thing, but you definitely can’t infuse blue gear now.
Also, there’s no point in infusing blue gear because in high-light activities you want legendaries for the stronger perks. Only reasons to hold onto blues and not immediately dismantle them are:
- You like how they look and don’t care about perk selection
- You’re purposefully challenging yourself
- You’re infusing it into another piece of gear
- Thanks to average light calculations, the blue drop is has higher light than your most powerful gear for that slot
All blues now drop 0-3 light levels below your average max light, so they are perfect infusion fodder, and you can always get more real fast. Completing any ritual activity (Strikes, Gambit, Crucible) gives you an average of 2 blues and 1 legendary.

No hand cannon bloom, not no recoil. Recoil is easier to control because you have more visual feedback for inputs.
But yes.
You’d think 60 FPS smooth Bungie game would feel wrong but it feels so right.

There’s a clan I see in crucible called Thralls Deep in Crota’s End.
My partner thought the names were stupid c. 2014 and called it the Temple of Scrota.
The names are definitely stupid

my guardian looks so STUPID it’s incredible, i love it
so far my experiment to play this exactly as much as i want and no more is working out pretty well

i made the huge mistake of going to the destiny subreddit and they still seem like the angriest, most unrealistic people, blech
i’m a little bummed at how scarce the seasonal engrams have become
Edit: oh yeah, i got that sniper with a mag extension! threw a back up mag on it and i get 7 shots per clip. the icing on the cake is that it also has ambitious assassin, which can give me as many as 10 shots in the mag which feels absurd for a d2 sniper.

I talk in the Destiny 2 subreddit and it’s either the most toxic people ever or completely normal people. No in-between.
Yeah the moon sniper rules. I love the look and sound. That one I have is snapshot/box breathing, I think, which is a very good roll.
I finally did a raid and boy they sure are hard when all 6 of you havent done it before, even the old ones.

in the book The Third Policeman there’s a place where time doesn’t advance and you leave the same as you entered, and I think that would be my ideal place to play another destiny raid.

I’m on like 930 now and feel like I should actually be spec’ing and leveling into weapons that are actually effective for PvE and not a waste of tokens xyz
Is there a consensus on at least the species of armament that’s worthwhile e.g. auto guns, bows, swords etc
