i’ve now played both.
play rain world.
i’ve now played both.
play rain world.
IT SURE DOES I WANT TO DO MULTI.
i will play it today, i dind’t expected to have multiplayer modes.
demon’s souls 1-1
tried to play link to the past for the first time since ~2002 with the joycon d-…thing and it was fuckin awful
think i might start a playthrough with retroarch instead
when are you free rudie, maybe we can arrange something
shout out to lost planet 2 for being one of the first games with gacha mechanics, and not tying them to microtransactions
I’m pretty happy with the Hori joycon replacement. It’s ugly and doesn’t support wireless but delivers what I wanted which is an acceptable dpad
I actually played through Celeste with the original joycon first though, would not recommend that
They drown you in nom de plumes, it’s ridiculous.
i bought one a while ago, but only really putting it to use for hollow knight. it’s a huge improvement, but i still regret not importing one the plain blue ones from japan.
Hori has a very weird track record for me where they’ve been one of, if not the, most reliable aftermarket controller manufacturers for basically the entire history of the industry, and they’ve never once made something I quite wanted to buy
whereas 8bitdo within a couple years got to “oh yeah these are great”
shout out to being tech romancer
Yeah, the main appeal of Hori for me is when I needed some really cheap controllers that fit specific form factors for emulation
Death’s Gambit should have been called Untitled 2D Dark Souls Fan Game.
edit: @Victor and @ArOne y’all talked about this one before it came out did you ever play it?
My only beef with Hori stuff is that it’s weirdly kinda squishy? Mushy? The buttons leave something to be desired!
That and, as PS4 stuff goes, they never put a headphone jack on their stuff.
Also I got real bad analog drift on that FPS Pad in like a month.
That said! Did anyone try the huge Switch joycons that came out alongside Daemon Ex Machina?
the hori rap sticks were great, if a bit too bulky to travel with
still have a hrap3se
I wanted to play Wilmot’s warehouse, a game about organising things, co-op on my TV. But instead I spent half an hour looking for the switch dock station in my small apartment
How ironic
i was not prepared for the complexity of Rain World, what the heck!
Time to look up some speedruns woah
