Cannot fathom the narrative or aesthetic justification for strange and wong just not fixing the huge hole in the roof of their wizard lair for five plus years after the events of infinity war. Like it really makes them seem like destitute frat bros who live in squalor, which would be funny, but the characterizations don’t really seem to “earn” this
I still haven’t seen the new spider man so maybe they explain it idk

oh also, not going to argue this is high art or whatever, but there are still a few very raimi esque things in the trailer. enough to make me think it won’t be totally visually nondescript /incoherent, at least
there’s also a panning shot where the camera goes through a gap between posts on a bannister which is pretty fun.
