I only did this kind of thing once in my life, with Secret of Mana as a kid. I did things like stand around in a palace casting the cheapest spell in every category over and over. It was with a friend and we just chatted about other things while doing it.
I gave SoM so much overtime trying to get the 9th Sword Orb, like the rest of the weapons had as rare drops. Finally saw many an argument settled that fucker was only available via bug. Hell yeah Elemental Magic Levels 8:99.
My āeverything must MAX Master Fileā days ended by the 2010ās but the occasional game still gets a satisfactory Plat or 100%.
I remember doing a lot of battles on a beach somewhere, in FF7.
I didnāt do level 99 in FFVIII. But I did get all the weapons and all the summons.
And yeah, Iāve never really been about 100%-ing games. But, that JRPG heyday was an interesting time for me as a gamer. And I did a lot of the extra content in some of those games.
i think the playstation 2 theme is the best ps4 theme
ive been trying to get the photobombing pokemon in pokemon go all day
you do it by taking AR photos of a pokemon until it shows up, but ITS NOT SHOWING UP and google keeps makiing animated gifs out of all the photos im taking of a bidoof on my bathroom floor
A decade ago I tried to get the 1/255 adamantium rare drop in FFIV and figured Iād abuse an emulator save state in the relevant room to do it and it wouldnāt take that long. I appeared to be very unlucky as a thousand plus battles later, I still didnāt have it. I eventually swallowed my sunk cost bias and gave up on it, wondering why I even tried in the first place.
Iām still not sure whether I was unlucky or whether the RNG seed was fixed by my save state in such a way that it was impossible the way I was doing it (which I started to suspect after a while).
That sounds very possible (acceptable).
Donāt begrudge me for telling you I got the Pink Tail fighting Pink Puffs on my grandmaās back porch. Drop rate amped by Game Genie and it still took me an entire day maybe weekend.
āI leave Sisyphus at the foot of the mountain. One always finds oneās burden again. But Sisyphus teaches the higher fidelity that negates the gods and raises rocks. He too concludes that all is well. This universe henceforth without a master seems to him neither sterile nor futile. Each atom of that stone, each mineral flake of that night-filled mountain, in itself, forms a world. The struggle itself toward the heights is enough to fill a manās heart. One must imagine Sisyphus happy.ā
Iāve been streaming Castlevania: Lords of Shadow about once a week!
I dunno why, but I got this lingering sense that I wanted to show off a game I really disliked for people.
what a miserable game! I canāt believe Patrick Stewart has to read some of these lines. the combat is just as all over the place as I remember it, and I wouldnāt insult the aesthetic by comparing it to dungeons and dragons.
i hate this fucking clown

Media Molecule updated Dreams so they could put a showcase of their favorite user-created experiences into it.
Thereās one in there called āHouse of Bevisā that, hmm! It sure is more the kind of stuff Iād hoped would be in Dreams than the āhey yāall hereās the first level of Crash, also I put in someone elseās Mushroom Kingdom from Mario 64 in here tooā stuff that has kinda floated to the top of late.
Got owned by the Reinforce Armor menu in Dark Souls because I mistakingly assumed it was showing me only my equipped gear, dumped a bunch of souls and titanite shards into my starting helm by accident, weeeeee
do people make wine from sudowudoās giant grapes

i loaded up my botw save and i have completely forgotten how to play. if i wasnāt 40 hours in iād restart, iām that blank of a slate
BoTW is pretty good for a fresh restart. It retains a lot of the initial magic quite well.
