the really funny thing is that before i watched it i remember thinking âwell whatever else people say about these games, i always like seeing what they come up with for the themed paramilitary weirdo boss villainsâ⌠and then it was like all blank slate gals who look like locker pinups from mgs2 in tactical black robot suits who say âdie! dieee!!â and then wiggle at u and expire.. idk i guess it fits the themes or whatever that even the boss enemies end up feeling mass produced but what a thing to be doctrinaire about. surely the key lesson the first three mgs games took from all those action films is that the secondary villains are always the most fun to watch.
the first part of the octopus fight seemed like it wouldâve been pretty fun though
This youtuberâs got just two videos but he seems to have done a really good job of covering the footy games on Saturn and DC, anyway theyâre just the info I think I wanted and thanks to them I think Iâve finally found a soccer game I kinda like.
I think mgs4 is where he full on started gooning and never stopped
i know nothing about fm synthasis but I have been messing with the demo to this a little bit. i might pick up the rom, would make for a great addition to my portable music setup
Same here, without experience with this kind of tool it did let me make some goofy little beats quickly, though i think reading the manual would help me work out what i was doing and how to make the most of it
Iâm always beating this drum but the first three MGS games were cowritten by Tomokazu Fukushima and the fourth is the first in series without his involvement. His absence from MGS4 is palpable
Being in prague right now I rewatched the motorcycle chase hoping to recognize stuff⌠like one gate attached to the wrong bridge. If they cross the water from the flat side of town they should have started climbing aggressively.
Mgs4: over promised and under cooked. Like burnt eggs on a plane that never lands? That almost works.
Frankenstein: Through the Eyes of the Monster (SaturnâEU only)
Starring Tim Curry.
Airs Adventure (Saturn)
Lupin Sansei: Pyramid no Kenja (Saturn)
Machi (Saturn)
Nanatsu Kaze no Shima Monogatari (Saturn)
Real Golf Game (PC-6001) (T&E Softâs first golf game)
I forgot I had a different youtube account sitting around from ages ago so I decided to see what I had on there.
I completely forgot about Frozen Synapse, and I remember back in the day trying to figure out how to record video from a console and I bought a whole thing that saves to like a flash card or something just so I could make one janky video of MM10 (Which apparently has 5000 views??? what???).
I canât believe I have a 17 year old video of a game that sort of doesnât exist (but kind of does) that is my favorite Motion Twin game (Up yours, Dead Cells [just kidding youâre still cool])
After making the Digital Pinball games for Saturn at KAZeâLast Gladiators etcâdesigner/director Takashi Kobayashi

formed a studio called Watermarks that made a graphic adventure of the same name, loosely based on Shakespeareâs âThe Tempest,â among other inspirations.

thought the mine of rediscovering new random dos/pc games i played in my childhood had run dry but just found another one i played but didnât remember at all until seeing it just now
sadly rediscovering this hazy memory did not help me get any closer to understanding the nature of consciousness. what a ripoff!
Apparently Spica Adventure had some kind of mobile version
