According to the website, it is a pair of bluetooth speakers that you can anywhere (and thus they don’t have to integrate speakers into the doors)
Supposedly they get away with this being a 1000kg ish car, huh.

god what a beautiful monster
I watched Upir z Feratu last week and what a car
The movie is about a car that is also a vampire and now the car irl is called the Vampire RSR
Is that an MR2 body kit?
Wtf lol it’s a Skoda
yeah this game is sick as fuck and a complete nightmare to emulate
forget mac emulation, the gpu acceleration doesn’t work so it’s basically unplayable
maybe PCem or 86box or whatever might work?
I can smell the plastic of that dash just by looking at it. I bet that interior holds in heat like an oven.
Definitely not as cool as a Skoda vampire car, but I love the fact that the car from The Wraith was really built as a performance machine and isn’t just some kit car.
it’s fine, it only goes out at night
I got this wheel and the pedals.
Physical setup was insanely easy.
I had to drill a new hole in my Playseat Evolution mounting plate for the front middle mounting hole. The back mounting holes were already in the right spot.
The power supply cord is comically short.
My Playseat buckles under the power of this thing. I will need to either beef it up or get a new rig down the line. Things flex and bend under the sheer weight and power of the G Pro.
The hole I drilled might be slightly off center, so the wheel might be ever-so-slightly crooked. I will soon forget this like I forget about the clumps of dead pixels on my monitor.
I’m setting new personal bests pretty easily in GT Sport.
It’s really good! I hope they release a shifter and ebrake soon!
I wish I were excited about this because these fundamentally look good mostly of the time these days but I played Heat on a lark recently and both the handling model and the overall progression/presentation do nothing for me compared with Forza or Wipeout-style games
NFS games for me have always been pretty hit-or-miss. Lots of great installments and lots of failed experiments.
NFS will at least pick a theme, and is still fine with having transgression be a theme for it’s races, and portray the police as an antagonist. I think I fell off after Rivals because I had the Forza Horizon series, which took itself way less seriously. I think NFS tries too hard in a lot of places but sometimes will come out with a good game.
good point, yes, NFS managed to run with a theme and hit it out of the park a few times, and for a few seconds in that trailer, it felt like they nailed Something, before the old habit of ‘wee~~~lllll let’s wait for the implementation first’ kicks in…
almost felt like someone was trying to adapt Tokyo Shutoku/Xtreme-Series at two points, before it looked like it wants to lean into F&F crowd, so Caution Level Medium is a protection mechanism here, idk i don’t trust them…
one point irks me, irrespective of how this game turns out to be:
i kinda miss the 90ies era canon performance ceiling:
NSX, Skyline or 3000GT, rare exotics (911, Testarossa, maybe F40) were basically god level tier. S13/14/15 were mid- to upper level tier, hot econo-boxes the secret star.
So, these games were mostly about Cars You Could Afford At One Point.
Here we have (again) McLarens, 911s and Skylines that are way north of 100k, Lambos, probably the usual, 1000bhp exotic Hypercars … the S15 is basically the bottom tier of them all?
maybe I have to follow my dream of doing a Kei Car Carozzeria Club game, where 1000ccm is the top of the ceiling, and the essence is tricking out the ride by making it look rad … guess i should call SEGA for the RAD MOBILE license ![]()
