That sounds awesome (except for loot boxes). I love non-racing racing games, like Split/Second, Stuntman and Burnout. (I vaguely remember an IC article about a racing game that was supposedly a horror game??)

yeah, I think that’s actually where I am on it right now – it should be the kind of game I love, but it still looks a little not-right.
