it doesn’t need jailbreaking, the system has no DRM whatsoever, only catch is the simulator doesn’t (expect to) run at 1:1 speed

every whisper i’ve heard about working conditions at nintendo of america over the years has been very clear about how they treat all of their contract workers (QA, customer service, repair, etc.) like utter garbage, so this seems about par for the course for them
