Twitter really destroys the bitrate when you embed their videos off-site. If you watch it on twitter dot come directly the quality is much better.

I do feel like Iâd respect this a bit more if this was the only or at least primary way the game was presented
maybe itâs because my earliest experiences with SNES games were in 1998 in an emulator but ultimately I kinda like it

Sound aside, this looks terrible. The resolution of the moon and the font vs. that of the clouds and the character sprites. I donât know how anyone could stand to play a game that looks like this when the original is right there.
Kind of sad that this could be someoneâs first exposure to the game, like that ugly Secret of Mana remake a few years ago.

this is extra disappointing because i feel like if these had truly been made in the spirit of the original the opera vocals would have been in italian

as a kid i had one of those game concert CDs (canât remember the name of the event in Japan but there were a few of these CDs) and they did a vocal version of the opera scene in Japanese. it kind of works but i donât think iâd ever want to hear it in English
