yeah I have that one and rock sling, I want others
another moment the game punishes me for having played dark souls:
jumping through a window in the middle of an elevator shaft only to fall to my death
my new favorite kinds of elden ring guys:
- tiny little bite sized angry guys with the bone saws
- my man having himself a big crawfish boil he he he
the āfestivalā from the trailers is cooler than I couldāve imagined
big pot man wanting to travel through maybe the most hostile tunnel I have discovered, which is way too small for him regardless, all because he is so excited for this āfestivalā really got ME excited too. So curious.
Do you have to use a Rune Arc to benefit from the bonuses granted by Great Runes, and do you need to do that each time you die or is it only when you equip a new Great Rune?
I thought the way it works is that you get a permanent minor bonus from each great rune, and the Rune Arc is a consumable which temporarily superpowers your rune like Popeye eating spinach. You lose the bonus when you die, so itās a bit like this gameās version of Humanity
I havenāt actually tried using a Rune Arc yet because they sound ātoo good to useā
I havenāt met this pot guy and I donāt know what triggers the festival or where to attend it
just get inside the fortress in the southeast of the red place
best gimmick boss since old monk
I beat the crucible knight + warrior boss in redmane castle and met Jerren! I donāt know what else to do there, it was a dead end so I peaced out
He said the festival starts āwhen the stars alignā
i canāt get behind āSekiro doesnāt have interesting explorationā lol. i find it impossible to even find a boring camera angle in that game
you might have to advance the Liurnia plot as far as you can, I did
Iāve been doing Caelid and Liurnia piecemeal, traveling between the two to mix things up, so Iāll continue westward
very interested in seeing what all these astrolabes are about tho.
also I am currently in the study hall. there was a pressure plate on the table that just said āsomething fits hereā and I was like āokā
Contrary to this image, I am not tired of this at all, but you canāt leave me alone with a robust character creator and expect me not to do stupid shit.
I entered Redmane Castle early on and was under the impression that killing Godrick triggered the festival for me.
Miriam is one of the most obnoxious humanoid enemies From has ever made isnāt she
should also note that this gimmick is so thrilling that I have to close chrome in order for my computer to not collapse under its weight
it did not give me a noticeable stat change at all when i equipped the great rune, but the rune arc definitely gives you the bonus (my stats increased significantly). iām not convinced they do anything without the rune arc.
trying to tell anyone not currently playing this game anything about this game makes me sound like an excited four year old
spoilers for everything Iāve seen in the first 12 hours btw
So first I fell down a hole, then I met a guy in a mask who told me to find a girl, then I met two giants who were dragging a huuuuge black wagon down the road and I stole the treasure, then I met a girl and she gave me a horse and then i met another girl and she hugged me.
After that some wolves fell from the sky and I had to kill all of them, then I went to a church and met a witch who gave me a bell that lets me summon wolves!!! And Jellyfish!!! Then I met a monster with a lion head and he tried to kill me, but instead the ghost wolves killed him for me and i took his sword made from other swords.
Then I found an elevator in the middle of a field that went down and down and down and down and then I was an in an underground river that had an upside-down castle in it and I killed a giant crab, but then a guy with some moose horns on a stick smashed me into the ground and i died.
spent 10 minutes successfully scaling a cliff with my horse just to take in the view and see there was a wind current thing around the corner
