ohh is the CPU why Outer Wilds chugs so much
the CPU is an unbelievable piece of shit b/c that’s what AMD had to give them in 2013. it’s amazing they made it work as long as it did. the multithreaded performance is OK in the end but the singlethreaded performance was literally worse than Cell, it’s just that the architecture was comparatively normal

Yeah it never appealed to me for these reasons but I dunno I guess it’s probably time yknow
feel like DS3 was frustrating to me because the way to be good at it in the end was just to ignore all of the visual flair and dynamic motion of bosses and just hug up to them and do the usual roll and counterattack routine. i guess bloodborne is similar but it seemed like there were more ways to jank and spam your way through and feel like you only made it by the skin of your teeth. i love using the gun to be an annoying dick and interrupt attacks
