Sold her to an evil mage… And then failed to complete his questline before he was killed by someone else.
they only put in the last step of the quest which wasn’t triggering before, so all you miss out on is a couple lines of dialogue and a +25 stone.
A has been upsetting me for the past couple of days.
I have been quite frequently thinking to myself, sometimes even saying out loud, “pff peasants” while riding my horse and one shooting enemies.
Does that make me a bad person?
Or maybe it’s just a bit to much European of me?
Feeling awkward about, but can’t exactly stop doing it.

Also, just found out I can’t complete the Volcano Manor questlines without completing a nice bunch of the capital… Cause the snow land is blocked by a demi-god bastard.
That is seriously putting me off.
I got exactly as far as that quest in the snowfield like 2 weeks ago before hitting my saturation point with this game
That guy is also singularly awful to fight—input-reading flawless teleport and long range attacks
Edit: I fought the last boss a few more times and he’s just miserable. I can beat the first phase now only using a couple flasks mostly and dodge 90% of his moves pretty consistently but the second still constantly ping-pongs back and forth to different sides of the arena out of range of all attacks and spells while the camera swings around like a ballet dancer on the bender of a lifetime and then some magic attack just instantly kills me from offscreen. What an ill-conceived fight
Is there some other route to Godskin Duo that doesn’t lead Banished Knights directly to the fog gate, where they will fling snow flurries into the fight and distract my summons?
Edit: Whatever, I killed them.

Yeah, you can actually drop down from the previous grace two platforms and there’s another entrance there with a grace right next to it
Was fighting the ancestral spirit, i kept hitting it as it disappeared into the ground and instead of reappearing on the opposite side of the cave it was just gone. Nothing happened for about 10 seconds, then the boss death noise happened somewhat glitchily and that was it. So apparently he literally just fell through the floor? Oh well i win, sucked in ghost deer

that reminds me, in the Altus Tunnel is there a way to get closer to the one sniping you across that big open chasm? i thought i saw a branch up there with an item on it, i assume there’s an illusory wall or something i didn’t find

somehow no one had mentioned tunnel astel to me up to now but I guess they couldn’t resist reusing every other boss so

Can’t make any progress right now because I can’t beat ordina (assassins or triple arrow person kill me, I know I know) or the god skin duo. Having a hard time figuring where to most efficiently farm souls and lack of clarity on whether I should even do that is sapping my will to press on. Remains very difficult for me to summon anyone for multiplayer. Bummers all around!
Advanced some quests though. Liked the sellen stuff but for some reason the jerren intro failed to trigger for me. I am beginning to think that the triggers in this game are just not well designed. I skipped straight from helping sellen revive in a new body to having to fight her or Jerren in the wizard school. That particular quest section skip is entirely unnecessary but something I did must have triggered it to happen. No reason I shouldn’t be able to talk to jerren!

My pro tip for Ordina is to just stay on the rooftops basically. There are no assassins up there. And most of the archers don’t have sight on each other, so you can safely solo them.
