I also have a honeydew melon plant for the first time. No idea whether anything will come of that or whether I will have enough room for it if it actually grows.
My plant continues to be pretty great but my kid can climb up to that ledge now and seems determined to destroy it
So my houseplant is being temporarily moved outside. I found an adequately shady/wind protected spot that can be sheltered from rain if it’s really going to come down in buckets
coming back from winter:
irises
lilies
sedum
various wormwood shrubs
creeping thyme (?? might just be sticks)
one single daffodil i do not recall planting
chives
lamb’s ear
The other day when I stepped outside to drive to work I saw that one of my little cactus plants had produced a surprisingly large flower on a long stalk. I’ve sometimes had little flowers suddenly appear on cactuses but nothing like this.
this plant keeps growing really well even with all the holes from zakus teeth my question is can I put it in a new pot now cuz I want it to keep getting bigger or should I have done it earlier? like how do you know with your eyeballs when it’s time for a new pot or is it less pressing than say fish outgrowing their tanks
