(is the switch version of this a decent port?)

Yeah it’s fine. Actually it’s better because the battle-system balance was improved to make most skills worth using (instead of the whole game being mindlessly S-rankable only using the 3 most broken ones).

Fanatical is running a 25 games for $12 mental health charity bundle, I’m not familiar with most of them but I’d wager Spiritfarer is the standout game included, also Indivisible which has some forum ties:

PlateUp is a roguelite Overcooked. Sounds like a winning concept but I haven’t played it, can’t say how it is.

a friend of mine told me certain late-game battles run better on Switch than base PS4 which is a wild thing I don’t entirely believe

I think I recall hearing they toned down some of the effects for Switch, so it is possible. And unfortunate that Switch players can’t get the true EDF-like experience! I think the combat also has some balance adjustments.

Looks like this hit some sort of cap already and is no longer available.

Spiritfarer is a good game, though the part they added later is a little tedious. (I didn’t know it was added later at the time I played the game because it was already included by that point.)

This is a pretty good bundle: Baba Is You & Dorf Romantik for not that much money is a good deal I think. The extras are pretty decent too.

I’ve played a bit of Plate Up and it is worth the price of the bundle IMO. Multiplayer works on Steam remote so only one player needs to own it. It’s deeper than it seems.

Creaks is a great time, I’d rank it above Dorfromantik

I hadn’t realized it was an Amanita joint so that revises my interest for sure

71 games (and one comic?) for $30.

(I’ve read that comic, and I like the art but not the writing.)

Inside is 2 USD right now. One of the best games in recent years. I’d recommend it even to someone who didn’t care much for Limbo. (You can get both games for $3 total.)

Looking at the 4 simultaneous PSN sales with like 5000 games on sale.

Ginga Force and Natsuki Chronicles for 10 bucks stood out.

Tails of Iron is going to be one of the PS+ games next month for PS4 and PS5, which is a game that caught my eye in trailer form a while ago
