Dark Souls 3 Die Already

I think this may be the first of this series since Demons that i will end up finishing, so that’s saying something.

You are right, I’m just an idiot. Sorry.

Undecided as to whether or not that’s worse than the actual soundtrack.

that was beautiful.

Fun stuff. Knowing how bad sorcery is in PvP, I can only imagine how long that footage took to get.

i am so happy there are sit/duck/lie spread-eagled gestures

parts 3 and 4 of this are definitely the best ones but they’re not on youtube, please enjoy these nico links because embeds apparently don’t show up at all http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm28821908 http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm28838821

Man, Irithyll Dungeon is kind of a massive pain in the ass.

It’s certainly one of the all-time great skyboxes! We can all agree to hand DkS3 that laurel, at least.

It’s odd though that you can’t see the Flameless Shrine that you just teleported from from the vantage point of the Kiln. I’m not sure if that means anything or if it’s just an oversight.

You can though. It is to the far left.

To project there is a line somewhere about all these lands being “summoned”. Like the 4 Lords were scattered and then there environments where drawn together. Do some hand waving and Kiln is what it really looks like.

Though the idea of lands being drawn together makes a whole lot more sense for Dark2

I finally grinded out 30 proofs of concord kept from the silver knights so now I am just chilling with friends in the forest fighting invaders and it rules.

If you have dealt with Dr Pepper ICED thaf is me.

I’ve tried and failed to beat Aldritch so many times and in so many ways that i’m just going to put this one aside for now.

I found him to be a great, fair, challenging boss that was nevertheless pretty easy to get the hang of after a few tries

I could see it just being miserable if it doesn’t click with your playstyle/build though

If you’re playing a Mage character that fight is miserable. Not just because of taking so little damage but because the boss has so many little bullet-hell like things that prevent you from being able to fight at range.

I was so proud, for the first time in a Souls game I managed to beat the game without having to resort to summoning any help for any of the bosses.

…and then I came across the Nameless King.

I mean, I think if I’d have committed to putting in likely another hour or so of straight attempts I likely would have eventually got him on my own. At that point though I took the help and… I mean, my sunbro assistant died when he had maybe 30% of his health left so it isn’t like I didn’t do anything. Maybe next time…
