yes actually being able to apply my professional skills in stalker in a world of games where the most people think about animals is if you can pet them or not was one of the greatest feelings. the way animals think is different and interesting!

The duty checkpoint @garbage got wiped out by bandits and mercs in this mod I’m playing, and one of the mercs was talking on the pda about how he didn’t feel good about what they were doing
So I was a bit unsurprised when I killed his buddy and his pockets were completely full of dead men’s shit

I think the best thing about anomaly is all the dumb roleplay shit that happens as a result of the game’s good ai, like one of stalker’s strengths has always been that if you see somebody get mentioned with a name they actually exist and you can find them. It’s always sad when you see someone you saved from death who became your buddy dead hours later or something, or rewarding when you see them up north with a really good weapon or a higher ranking.

I was trying to download a Russian STALKER mod from a discord and got immediately banned for violating the laws of the Russian Federation/Republic of Belarus (???)
I didn’t say anything in the server so I guess it’s because I had pronouns in my discord profile or some shit.
