my favourite canadian protein powder is profi

I do that, 3 fried eggs, and a costco greek yogurt (my favourite canadian brand of that is skotidakis) every day on top of what I normally eat, and each of those is like 20g each, so I wind up getting at least ~100g a day even if I don’t wind up having much meat

I’m 5’10" and that all is a prerequisite for me to stay above ~165lbs

Thank you for the tips. I appreciate being remembered as a Canadian. I am going to see if I can hitch my wagon to a friend with a Costco membership and a car to get bulk stuff that keeps. I’ve also started adding in Pea Protein powder as it was half the cost of whey protein powder at Bulk Barn.

pea protein is good but it also needs some grain protein to get all the amino acids

It’s okay, you went out of your way to answer my question effectively. I appreciate it. Now I just need to make sure I am getting enough fruits and veggies and fibre.

Then let me also say that frozen fruits and vegetables are a) generally cheaper than fresh and b) do not spoil so you can get bulk savings without worrying about processing them in a manner that will avoid them going rotten. Frozen fruits can go into a blender and make a smoothie, and frozen vegetables can be easily heated up and prepared in whatever manner you want.
