Also, it turns out it’s on Hulu with all the other anime I’m supposed to watch (Michiko to Hatchin, GITS SAC, One Punch Man, is Tatami Galaxy and Gurren Lagann any good?) so maybe I’ll buy a subscription.
Gurren Lagann is basically the mecha anime genre condensed into one show with loads of fighting spirit and increasing magnitudes of power. Tatami Galaxy is the introspection of someone’s university life repeated over and over until everything is inverted. Both are really good, for very different reasons.

Woke up to a notification that my mega account was finally out of space (after all the shit I’ve uploaded I’m surprised it didn’t happen sooner), so this is just the first 10 episodes. I cleared out some junk so the last three episodes should appear in that folder eventually.

I dunno, maybe? It’s probably the most Trigger show mostly because it has no time for plot (even though it has an overarching plot) and it also assumes you’ve seen all the shows Trigger (and Gainax) have made since it mines those for references
Also, Panty and Stocking was Imaishi’s baby, dunno what you’re talking about there, he directed the show
It’s 8 minutes per episode, you’ll know if you’ll hate hate it real quick
Also, I really hope a channel somewhere is in on the LWA deal so they can keep the content from getting too anime and also so I can just watch it on TV like a normal person

The Luluco finale is nothing short of great. Even the JUSTICE pose mimics Trigger-chan’s pose in her first appearance. This is crazy. There’s also real added value to it if you watch the latest episode of Kiznaiver carefully.
I’m pretty happy about getting a LWA series.

I was mostly okay with that Wander over Yonder finale, some nice moments and totally in tune with the rest of the show, but that tease in the credits sketch, man. That was kind of fucked.
