the thing i will say re: being a hater in my specific case (canāt speak for others) is that i actually do like a lot of stuff, people just seem to know more about/get way more worked up about the stuff i hate. like Pizza Tower looks cool for example. no one seems to care that much when you like a bunch of lesser known indie games tho. being a liker of a bunch of things people donāt know doesnāt overrule hater status in their mind for things they do know. Sad!
i stopped trying to counter-argue it so much tho because a lot of people always are going to think what theyāre going to think anyway. i wish i had a bank account filled with all the things people have assumed about me over the years.

people are allowed to not like things. youāre also allowed to post positively about the things people are hating on but please try to add to the discussion instead of getting mad at people directly. this is just going to start a fight when instead you can talk about how the game is good actually

I actually find the visual style pretty appealing. You donāt see many games that at least attempt what itās going for and weāre not talking about a single other game showed at this Direct.
