TRPG by Adglobe, who developed Ender Lilies with Live Wire (Harvestella and the Cave and Radiant Silvergun ports for Switch). Adglobe is a Japanese company, but from what I can tell, Ender Lilies was developed by their Montreal studio. Not sure if that goes for this game too.
