this is really good – Raw Fury (indie publisher) has opened a public link to a baseline pitch deck, financial prospectus worksheet, and, most importantly, their baseline contract. This is a great cross-comparison point when negotiating with publishers and a starting point for people to prepare to meet publishers if they’re seeking money (if you don’t need money, you don’t need a publisher because the marketing they bring is harder to measure than electron spin)

It was re-released in the 80s, but I don’t think it was licensed, but also Namco’s usage of Tomy’s Puckman wasn’t authorized, either.

The proto Pac-Man water toy looks very familiar. I think I encountered it somewhere at some point when I was quite young.
