This guy totally rules. I always loved that propaganda video. The chair dancing in it cracks me up.
In college I worked at my school’s film library, and they had a DVD of his experimental shorts. He did some wild stuff with slitscan techniques! I’ll have to see if I can dig one up.
EDIT: Ah, the one I was thinking of was The Fourth Dimension, which you linked in the OP. I’m enjoying revisiting it!
