I like that Deep Dive channel, but the Kraut channel is a bit simplistic, unpleasant CGPGrey vibes.

yep, Kraut is a some die hard liberty believer in Germany, so his argument is simplistic and sometimes totally wrong, like he thinks Taishō is a democracy time in Japan, it’s easy to recongnize his stand for.

I like to watch his videos cause he digged the world I didn’t noticed before like viktor orbán or Camicie Nere and his channel has a very valuable things is his refence of books, good list about different view by German (which quite differnet with WASP).

Deep Dive is too deep to confirm what he said if right or wrong, I always wanna know what’s the dislikes means in his video. I fear his channel more than I like it. But, still very worth recommend.

I watched a random one of this dude’s videos the other day title “The Solution to Traffic” or something like that. It made some very obvious points about the fluid dynamics of traffic, admonished the viewers to space themselves evenly between the cars in front of and behind them, and ended on a note about how self-driving cars could magically solve everything.

At no point was public transit ever mentioned or alluded to.

Yeah that one’s infamous

I do just mean that they both seem to start from a sort of standard technocratic liberal perspective though cgpgrey is far more brain-rotted than this kraut person seems to be.

A car engineer channel who works with elon musk and other big brands, good introduction to knowing what’s happening now in CAR and ps I think he is some kind of accelerationism.

Someone made paper handwork about Japanese train

These compilations tend to be pretty consistently entertaining. And I like that they have no intro, ads, commentary, etc.

Well, no ads within the videos. I have no idea what is or is not monetized on YouTube because I’ve always used an ad blocker.

I was searching for something unrelated and stumbled upon this channel of well-known songs heard from outside clubs, in dead malls, etc.

A couple examples:

This is the one travel vlog Youtube channel that I like

Long pleasantly meandering videos.

Makes me very nostalgic for being a foreigner in non-touristy areas.
I like his vibe: Chill, soft spoken, adventurous, a little jokey.
He’s very open to having a friendly time with new people.

Been enjoying watching his videos in reverse order. He’s kind and interested, and his vids are somewhat educational about the cultures and geography of these places. Good recommendation!
