i’ve obviously been aware of stevie wonder and like heard a few of his biggest songs like “superstition” and “isn’t she lovely” but never looked into his discography
 i wasn’t really listening to much music from the 70s in general. but i’ve been listening to some of his albums lately and at least like six of these so far have been like all hits no skips pure gold etc. etc.

i think i was recently posting somewhere if not here about how this album, perfect angel, is amazing. and there’s a deluxe version that was released recently that has a few alternate takes that are actually really worth listening to!

(the connection here is that “perfect angel” was produced and arranged by stevie wonder, has him playing different instruments, recorded in the same studio as these other albums, minnie riperton sings on a few of them, etc.)
