Droptopwop is a strange, understated album. It doesn’t sound like any of guccis other music ive heard (ive heard… uhh… most of it). The beats are all so dark and its all so slow. especially songs like finesse the plug, dance with the devil and bucket list, he’s almost whispering through them. It’s so haunting. I cant make heads or tails of it. I fucking love it.
I have vowed to never post in here because if i do it once i will never stop but jesus this weekend was a hell of a weekend for new albums. 2 chainz, young thug and big boi all at once. Ive done basically nothing but listen to them for the last few days.
