I am not just a squad member, editor, and guest host I am also a listener and I listened to this episode for fun.
Something we didn’t cover is the role of mixed race children. Pino is a minority that can pass for the majority. And will hear point blank the racism and discrimination they should be the target of but are not. The Gijin have to tell Pino to be careful because they know what Pino is while the humans talk about him being a sweet child and better than those dirty robots.
I didn’t play far enough if they put a bow in the idea ( @Closed @lonelyfrontier ) but it is something I am reviewing in what I did play.
