i was very into it when I was playing it, but then my setup changed in a way that made it to where I didn’t have enough space for it anymore so I had to stop. I hope to some day finish it under more ideal circumstances.

Realized I missed the IGS Collection.
So may as well ask this here: if I never had a Switch is there any point in not just skipping it for a Switch 2 given that at least for now it’s somehow only like a hundred bucks more?
Also reading through this topic and most of the games mentioned being available elsewhere… does it even have exclusives beyond the big Nintendo titles?

Not really.

Like basically all consoles these days, almost everything is also on PC, I’d say it’s kind of a general catch-all for most indie releases (that aren’t too hardware intensive) so there are games that won’t be on the other consoles, some (mostly)smaller japanese games and mobile games are ported out and never make it to PC. But the vast majority of the library is gonna be available to someone with a decent computer.
the only issue i can think of is that i don’t know if the switch 2 is flipgrip compatible.
like there’s barely any difference between an original switch 1 and the oled model, but it needed a new version of the fligrip to be made for it
