there are two official final fantasy vocal arrange albums with songs from FF1-6: Pray and Love Will Grow. I like this version of Home, Sweet Home from the latter:
the FFV arrange album Dear Friends also has some vocal tracks, including another version of Home, Sweet Home:

In a similar vein to my previous post Sakura’s theme from Street Fighter Alpha 2 had a vocal version called “I Want You to Know” that first appeared in the console ports of Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo. Even sung by her voice actress.
I actually like the real compressed version they managed to fit in even the GBA version

SNK probably did this with several more character themes but this one is a bit more noticeable since they made a whole Neo Geo music video for this one. It’s Blue Mary’s theme (the one she got in KoF97) and this was included as an extra on the Neo Geo CD version of Real Bout Special:
