The first leak (that I remember) that revealed BG&E2, quite some time before the reveal, indicated the project mainly existed to placate and occupy Ancel, who was still Ubi’s biggest star at the time (this was before AC) and had threatened to leave after Rayman was basically shelved in favor of the rabbids following their breakout success. Presumably once he left, and even though by all accounts the project actually progressed a lot more once their shitty boss was out, BG&E2 has become less and less relevant to Ubi.

first time to think of those scroes or awards on game item page, one of them is unsearchable called INDIE GAME WEBSITE wtf, seems PC GURU is a Hungarian website and Ragequit is a Greek site, and the first time I heard of IGN has a Italian site.
