Translations and ROMhacks II

This reminds me that the PS1 Cowboy Bebop game is an incredibly mediocre shooter that was made as a cash grab by people who had only seen the ship.

Welcome! Updated daily, the main purpose of this blog is to possibly translate every retro (80s-00s) Japanese video game package within my lifetime, along with other content I hope you’ll enjoy. I’m also highly active on https://www.youtube.com/@83chrisaaron where over 3100 Japanese commercials have been closed captioned in English. Additionally, original videos (Game, book, manga reviews, and more) can be found at https://www.youtube.com/@83chrisaaronextra

I joined the fan translation team for this cheesy visual novel lol. We just released a demo for the first ~2 hours of the game today:

looking briefly at the premise i do wish the protagonist would’ve been forced to wear the girls uniform given he’s living in the girls dorm

Strange one. Has anyone tried it?

I played it about halfway through just the other day, before this patch got announced. I like how it always keeps you guessing what your objective is supposed to be or how to progress through the level. There’s one level where your pinball gets stolen and you have to reflect enemies to get it back. A lesser game would just have every level be the same thing and assume the art/vibes are enough to carry it. Obviously I think the art is immaculate at a single glance though, so if that’s not doing it for you then it might not work out.

Also I can’t remember where I read or saw a video about screaming mad George but that was interesting in itself. Was that just Wikipedia?

there was also a bar designed by him, called paranoia cafe, as seen in 1999’s brahman: legendary hero
