i played in rock bands in a small and supportive scene for half a decade and made friends with one or two bands in the scene that made it to a national level! i didnāt know Egoism were on the streamer big playlists though thatās exciting

Surprised no one has mentioned that massive and exhausting discourse-wise rock band Geese has a trans guitarist. I am stubbornly not listening to them because of a fear of losing my street cred, but it is genuinely heartening to see.
Queenjazz aka Jazz Mickle is one of the coolest people on the internet. She makes music, DOOM WADS, neat indie games. Genuine icon. I like this ep she put out last year but itās less linkable because it is presented as one thirty minute song

American/Australian rap collective Rural Internet is hit-and-miss, b/c rap collective, but theyāre probably my favorite trans rap

For the trans mascs of the world, ElyOtto is, for my money, the only good hyperpop artist (which is a different category than āhyperpop artists I listen toā)

Flummox is one of those Mr. Bundgie oh-so-kooky metal bands that I really do not did but I appreciate their rare use of full-on trans girl voice in metal
Cam Girl is not good (imo) but they do have a good name and aesthetic, which counts for a lot in metal
Alice Simard has FIFTEEN bands listed on her metal archives page, something like 10+ are solo woman projects. Iām particular to her raw black metal project Trupitude

I donāt like either of these artists but Iām not a huge rap person so Iām sharing anyways
I donāt like breakcore but Femtanyl has a very funny name and I really would have liked to see her live last month but tickets got Ticketmastered and were $200 reseller in a 300 person venue
