Radiant Silvergun is way too long, wth. Darius Gaiden has a fantastic soundtrack and I love the anemone that sends out clownfish sentries.

For those feeling Darius Gaiden isn’t long enough there’s that Extra romhack (?) with a play all levels in one go mode 
Though I’m in team “love all shmups without taking the time to understand them and just appreciate them as spectacles”

Wonder if this one will get randomly delayed for US release like Akai Katana Switch did. This seems largely due to Limited Run putting out a physical version that they have yet to actually announce, in AK’s case.

I saw one of the limited print companies put up Batugun this morning.
But digitally May 25th
I care less for physical when these ports are hit and miss, and you have to pre-order, but can’t wait for the response to roll in. I’m not big on reviews, but when you’re waiting for a technical breakdown of how it works as software. Though for this one I have to be honest, I’m not sure I care enough given emulation on this one is pretty solid and easy.

Same here. It’s great that they are publishing it on current consoles, but I already have it on retroarch on my hacked Wii U, working perfectly even there

Yeah the problem was Akai Katana was announced for worldwide same-day release last December…and it’s been two months since then, lol. So not exactly gonna trust this City Connection announcement till it’s actually buyable.
