Ratchet 2 at least probably counts because of the spaceship missions set in asteroid fields (plus the tiny spherical planetoids, particularly the jamming satellite with huge radio towers)
first game also had a space station weaving in and out of meteors which was pretty cool, and a star fleet where you teleported between different ships
