It’s just the biggest fighting game tournament in the world. It’s in Japan. It’s basically the superbowl or FIFA world cup final

It’s basically a greatest hits of wario ware kinda like the rhythm heaven on 3ds. It’s got the regular style wares, the touch screen ones, and the motion control ones mixed in. It also bizarrely is fully voice acted so there’s that. Your mileage may vary but it’s cute if you like the series and don’t mind hitting up old stuff.

very pleased that windjammers is finally getting the respect it deserves like 20 years after it first gradually became popular through emulation (I’ve never seen it in an MVS)
One roller skating rink near me had it in an MVS and it was amazing but nobody ever would play multiplayer on it with me so I didn’t discover the joys of that till way later.
Evo is held in Las Vegas, but there was a separate Evo Japan held in Tokyo in January.

My local pool hall that I hung out in as a kid always had a strangely good rotation of arcade cabinets that regularly swapped out. A bunch of us had a real good time with Windjammers one month.
