you have to install a hybrid firmware via flash drive, then go to a website called psxploit on the ps3 browser and download a jpg or something, then install whatever custom firmware u want

the PS3 was really all over the place but it was the only console to ever have free online at a time when most of its playerbase would be able to trivially take it online which was fundamental to demon’s souls’ massively singleplayer concept working in the first place

Little Big Planet and (more importantly) Little Big Planet 2 are some of the most divisive games you can find. I loved them, but that love was built on a foundation of other people’s levels, and it was reinforced by my own drive to make sufficiently weird levels to likewise inflict on others. Not sure how much of that structure is available with your setup. Arguably the superior game for this situation is actually Little Big Planet Karting, both because it’s not a platformer and therefore avoids so many folks’ complaints about the main games, and because nobody bought it in the first place, so your experience will be just as authentically lonely as mine was.

i was really really into LBP2, im listed in-game as the creator of this thing called the ‘h.b. cruiser’ that allowed people to go into the story mode levels and steal shit. the real author got really mad at me and tried to frame me with putting porn in LBP. that game was lord of the flies
