Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow has an area you can rearrange like a one of those sliding 15 puzzles.
I feel like there are more examples of this, but they’re not coming to mind.

DYO has something similar, you help the other Minotaur escape the maze by aligning you side of the split screen with their side so they can avoid geometry.

none of the stuff in the Future Games Show even felt worth commenting on
say what you will about games all being “what if [already existing game 1] meets [already existing game 2]”, I am not a fan of this new trend of “what if [already existing game 1] plus [art style of game 2 and nothing else]”
