STUNLOCK THE PRESSES: combo breaking news (Part 1)

Interesting. With the blessing/help of the original guy?

Also, the guys who made Mad Stalker also are responsible for Asuka 120% and Phantom Breaker? Who knew? Not me, I didn’t.

Valken and Gunhazard had a lot of crossover staff.

Texas Instruments has long made graphing calculators beloved by school-goers and programmers alike. The calculators are simple, compact computing systems, and entire communities have formed over the years to celebrate the devices’ broad programming capabilities.

All that’s about to change. Texas Instruments is pulling support for C-based and assembly-based programs on both the TI-84 Plus CE — the most popular calculator for sideloading — and the TI-83 Premium CE, its French sibling. The latest firmware for each completely removes the capability and leaves users with no way to roll back to previous versions of the firmware.

I feel like those aren’t great character designs, which is a surprise for a series that usually does it so well

probably because game studio makes a shitload of phone games. which makes it even more disappointing that level-5 isn’t working on it.

I think you can still write basic directly on the calculator itself but no more bubble bobble is dumb

It’s not like these things have cell data plans, can’t you just not update them? The first program anyone I knew ever installed was one that faked the “storage cleared” screen so they wouldn’t lose all their shit if they had a teacher that checked come test time

It does suck though, especially because this was apparently a response to some old, fixed bug some teacher made a big stink about recently

this whips, i love that it’s presented as a sim but is clearly a space jenga esport for roleplaying a minor gundam character death and that they resisted the gamer instinct to add gun
