it was basically bad since they started localizing it until the most recent one, the early ones were pretty good as like, pre-matsuno console SRPGs, at least competitive with shining force and langrisser
I wouldnât necessarily accept that the Matsuno style is a strict improvement over Fire Emblemâs simplicity, but the Matsuno-directed games are better.

kinda curious about what you mean cause people endlessly praise the gba games so I thought those were supposed to be good.
personally have a hard time ever feeling fire emblem cause I never care about anything going on or the characters and I always quit about halfway through

As someone who deals with adult students Three Houses made me uncomfortable in many ways. Like many games itâs too long for its own good and the timeskip only provides fleeting thrills.

thatâs a weird track to take because even though that, yes, literally every time you mindlessly agree to EULAs you agree to not rebroadcast the game, no one is going to do that in the West because it opens a floodgate of backlash (not even going to touch the legality of streaming in Japan, yâall over there can have fun sorting that out)
this is ignoring that, you know, Stadia is even less real than the licenses we get for games now
also last time I checked Giant Bomb is still profitable before ad sales
yeah this is particularly weird because Giant Bomb was so prescient about the current state of games media, editorial quality notwithstanding
maybe heâs been sitting in meetings with youtube people for so long he hasnât seen the sun and/or twitch

this is all the more hilarious considering that Among Us released two years ago with extremely little word until very recently when it became The Current Most Popular Videogame thanks to being streamed and they had to cancel the sequel to help support the original
now itâs a cultural touchstone being played by Ilhan Omar & AOC and Stadia is currently not compatible on new chromecasts because ?
