The Black Labyrinth was Amid Evil’s best album.
No but because my favorite hockey announcer calls PLL games during the summer and I follow him on Twitter I am somehow deep into Lacrosse Twitter
I really like this approach to remakes / remasters / whatever, in that they acknowledge that the graphics of the original game are actually part of why it was good rather than trying to just totally replace them.
It is funny how in order to make the original look extremely outdated though they only show it in like postage stamp sized sepia-toned grainy footage.
couple of things:
-
that postage stamp look is just the actual resolution of the SNES/SFC
-
I don’t think they can go too crazy because Tengo Project is literally the guys who made the originals 25 years ago (part of the decision on doing P&R is “we dont’ know how much longer we’re going to be around doing this shit”) , and even then they’re going fucking hard (I forget the Wild Guns Reloaded staff roll but Ninja Warriors Once Again legit credits three (3) Tengo Project staff for the whole game)
oh well, see, I could probably fit an INXS in my case
it’s like getting a really cheap gaming PC and then I can just explode all my actual PC’s drives over to linux
apparently a bunch of delisted licensed games are coming back? the names i’ve seen people talking about on twitter are scott pilgrim and simpsons arcade
is it a crossover game
great, people can find out the Scott Pilgrim game isn’t that great
perhaps I could interest all of you folks in a rock solid, properly tested game in River City Girls?
It’s fucked how much good will the Scott Pilgrim announcement is netting them considering it got delisted through sheer incompentence in the first place and also UbiSoft are a bunch of rapists.
Speaking of which it got revealed just today that Nadeo, Ubi’s studio in charge of Trackmania, is home to a number of the worst employee harassment practices you could conceivably imagine and then some, with HR turning a blind eye of course. If you can read french and want to be terminally depressed you can read about it there.
When will Tengo Project make Omega Six?
that depends, does Natsume own Omega Five or does Konami
Yeah, I kinda want to buy a Super Famicom again. Probably not going to though.
wheres becky
It’s cool that Annapurna published all these games and can release a collection like that. Gives me silly 240-gram 6xLP audiophile vinyl pressing of Pet Sounds vibes too.
