A classroom teacher played this during a brain break today (2nd Grade). Kids were absolutely losing their minds. Some were like, “I actually like this song.” A girl later pointed out that throwing emeralds at Eggman really is just giving them to him…smart.

neat to see sonic worlds is still around after all these years. i don’t know from a practical standpoint how you even keep a fangame made in blitz3d going for almost a decade. i wonder if this was some of the inspiration for the roblox game.
Maybe this is in one of the 3D games I haven’t played already but there is something unsettling about seeing shadow in Green Hill Zone

Yeah… if you get all the emblems. As a kid I desperately wanted to unlock that level, but even with kid time and kid patience it was not feasible. There’s still a part of me that longs to play that level…

I don’t know I found it in my parents basement (my dad used to work at sega during 1993-2000) and also the hard drive had the other sonic xtreme sprites
