sonic origins has “new areas to explore” which i’m wondering if that just means they put in hidden palace zone from mobile or if there is new level architecture in this anniversary mode they’re talking about. did not except new animated intros for all the games that’s actually interesting. wonder how much they’ll take from sonic jam versions vs christian whitehead versions vs the m2 ds versions

I hope they bring back the easy modes from Sonic Jam, I remember someone made a let’s play of one of those forever ago and it looked really chill
i don’t know why rereleases keep adding easy modes to the mega drive sonics, when they’re already incredibly easy games

I played both a couple years ago and I never figured out what was supposed to be different between them
the easy modes in Sonic Jam have numerous changes in stage design and also cut out stages, making them kind of like lite, digest versions of the original games
