well, about that Update:

they’ve added

  • the next batch of characters (spanning December, January and Feb)
  • some new pins for the shield
  • a few new bgm tracks +a handy reminder integrated into the UX how to use custom tracks
  • idk if i’m mis-remembering, but there wasn’t a short audio clip of the enthusiastic announcer-dude when you finished a race, now there is.
  • and if you grinded hard enough already, an online-only, timeboxed race-series(?) for legendary-class participants only

Nights is a December unlockable, that might be my fav character from day one…

The graphics quality of the Switch 2 version of Sonic Racing Crossworlds is WAY too reduced in handheld mode. I know it can look better but for some reason they decided to reduce it to the quality of the Switch 1 version in docked mode (but 60 FPS).

yes, 1k points for unlocking Stickers & car-parts is a lot (iirc, earlier festivals handed out 100 or 300 max for the first five+ unlockables, and here you get 1k as the second unlockable or so …)

also can report that we have been in the same team for the first time :servbotsalute:

(on SpongeBob track, where we got our asses handed to us by team Nights …. so we literally bracketed our team performance from top and bottom (moi truly))
