I can’t believe in the year 2022, I am seriously going to buy a 3D Sonic game on day one, nearly sight unseen
I am uncomfortably hungry for this game in a way that should be concerning to any normal human being, especially after everyone and their mom hated Forces, the number-one all-ages furry OC simulator

I really liked Forces even though I know it was bad. I think more Sonic games should have radio chatter.

I am a fan of lighthearted Saturday morning no friends sonic but it ruled that Forces dove back into Serious Melodrama Sonic. All the cute fuzzy creatures talking about prison and war crimes is good and I like that Frontiers is also willing to do something new. Sonic is a much more fun idea to think about as an ever shifting thing.

based on Iizuka saying Sage’s design is supposed to resemble past villains and Sonic getting “phantom” abilities this might be more of a Forces follow-up than expected
