Every time SNK teases a trailer coming they post on Twitter: “THE KING OF FIGHTERS XIV: A New Teaser Trailer is going to be revealed soon! Stey tuned!! #KOF14 #KOFXIV”.
They’ve done this three or four times now and I keep wondering whether they are copying and pasting or if they really do think stay is spelled stey.
You should congraturate their consistency.
What is a ranbu?
Any move that’s like the Ryuuko Ranbu, Ryo/Takuma/Yuri/Robert’s super where they rush forward and do a canned combo string if it hits.

Has this been in KOF since the Orochi saga? It’s not exactly the most tasteful reference to bring back, but maybe we’ll see some parity with disrobed dude fighters.
Is AOF3/Gaiden part of any KOF timeline?
Kasumi is the only AOF3 character to appear in a KOF and she wasn’t very plot relevant so it’s hard to say.
But yeah, of the many bizarre features of that game (such as characters doing extra damage on their birthdays) ultimate KOs having a (relatively) equal effect on characters of both genders was very forward thinking.

Man. SNK is really building up here. Becoming an escape hatch for disenfranchized talent. Seems like a good role for them.
Looks like most of the returning charactera have now been revealed. Just six left (Daimon, Kensou, Yuri, Mai, Ramon, Mature), versus 15 newcomers. Pretty interested in where the trailers will go from here.
