I’ve been trying to actually finish some games that I paid for and 428 was very expensive so I decided to play the one bonus scenario I unlocked (no way in hell I’m doing the stuff to unlock the others) I swear it was not because of any recent real world events…
I was ready to really lay into the Evangelion-huffing nerds at Type-Moon for this kind of stuff. But it just made me laugh honestly. The problem ended up being the racism, and the entire thing feeling like a big excuse to show underage anime girls wielding guns.

this game is like, just edging towards being softcore porn without really taking the leap.
just giving that as a warning in case you look it up so you don’t get embarassed looking at busty near-naked animal girls in front of your friends and family.
it’s also not very good except if you have specific brainrot that makes you just happy about looking at these drawings and thinking about how your player character and her are eloping together after she gored her way out of prison. good for them.

Basically the final third of the game makes a hard turn to link to its anime spinoff/sequel, which really was a pity as the writing nosedived. It was especially disheartening to see a character with a lot of agency suddenly become a passive damsel in distress so she could be saved by the anime’s secret ninja hacker assassin heroine. I was literally thinking “what the hell did Type Moon take over this part or something” and then the credits just confirmed it.
I’ve gotten a couple of straightup blank cards, top notch QC
