chatgpt simply can’t show its work because it doesn’t know how it works. its knowledge is limited to the last time it scraped the internet, and the text output of the current conversation. so in that way it can’t tell you its inner workings unless it straight up lies. if anything, it’s more accurate now.

i hate the reporting on LLMs because of fundamental misunderstandings like these.
