this developer (“Marginal Act”) has made several really strange games that i bought on sale recently that seem to be almost approaching Vasily Zotov levels of incoherence + uniqueness… been meaning to play through them.

It has been many hours since I first discovered this and I still do not understand
I mean it is a VR game/mobile port where you play as an anime girl who plays classical pieces of music on a piano a-la a rhythm game that causes a tree to grow that is also an adventure game, I don’t get what is so hard to understand about that description I am 70% sure I didn’t just make up.
Also it costs $25, was released on the 3rd and already has 483 reviews. All of this is completely normal!

Deemo’s been around forever as a phone game. I think it has a following. It’s pretty good as far as that sort of thing goes. I don’t know what’s different about this installment, though.

Yeah, I’m familiar enough with Deemo to be confused by the part where it got a 3D adventure remake
it’s just a rhythm game with a story stapled on, you select songs from a menu and touch the screen to the beat, how is it now in 3D
