It’s pretty cool but the days are long. I’m seeing a lot of cool stuff around modern genres, music theory, music history and intersection of music and games. People I meet have a 50% chance of being a composer/performer and the perspective is refreshing since I usually just do games conferences. Saw a talk today about the legacy of Fred Durst/nu-metal on angry white men.
